Who called from 7142201974

How can you identify a caller when all you hear when you answer is dead air.

Called today at 2:40 p.m. I did not answer and no message was left.

OK... They are blocked and my Panasonic phone doesn't even ring the first ring so I never have to hear these id1ots calling, but the IDer still works and still shows the number... This is the eight call from them as follows....

1st call - 2-10-16
2nd and 3rd call - 2-11-16
4th and 5th call - 2-12-16
6th call - 2-13-16
7th call - 2-19-16
8th call - 2-29-16

Somebody should hunt these people down and call their homes every hour starting at midnight and ending at 6:00 am...

This is the 9th call from this number.  Going to try to report to AT&T...  I know they will do nothing, but worth a shot..

Call abandonment does frustrate investigation. But one person here suggests fake tax debt is the call premise. So clearly not everyone gets the silent treatment.
