Got the same thing the supposed credit bearu saying they've filed a lawsuit against me and that I'll be arrested at home or work. I do have a credit card, but pay my payments. I called and they asked for my name, so I said no you're a scam and they hung up. Should I be worried about this?
My father got a rude message on his voicemail from a lady saying for him to call them back at this number and then said "See you at the courthouse" before she hung up. SCAM! DON'T CALL!
It's a SCAM. got some automated message from some lady claiming she's with the credit bureau and that I will be arrested. Love the ending that she will see me in court. HA HA
I don't answer calls from unknown numbers, under the assumption that if it is a legitimate caller, they'll leave a message.
This caller actually left a message; however, it was an automated message from some lady, with a carribean lilt, claiming she's with the credit bureau and that I will be arrested. Then she gives me this number, and tells me to call. Ends the call saying she's see me in the courthouse.
Let's see, she never said which credit bureau. Credit bureaus hold no accounts, and file no law suits. And no one will be arrested in conjunction with the initial filing of a civil claim. Oh yeah, I have no such debts........
