I was getting called by this number everyday and finally picked up the call and talked to the caller. This is a construction company, that specializes in remodels, that is based in Anaheim, CA. They called and when I picked-up the phone they start off by say "Remember me from when we talked in September? You where so nice to me and I have an offer for you". I told them I was a renter and to take me off their list. They use to call multiple times a day everyday, I have yet to receive another call yet (fingers crossed). My advice pick-up the phone and tell them you rent. If you are a renter you are not authorized to make improvements, if they can't make money they should stop calling.
Why can't the phone companies do something to these type of calls. They are very annoying. They call and call and if I answer, no one is there. When I call them back, a recording tells me my call cannot be connected as dialed. I try to avoid answering.
