I got a call about a lawsuit in my machine said they would see me in court. The phone number does not take incoming calls. I don't know who to complain to.
had a call come in claiming to be from I.R.S. Service saying that I owe money. Gave 1-714 646 7737. I do have caller I.D. numbers. Don't owe any money. I am in late 70's. Thanks for your help above. Anna
Just got home and got this same message about being arrested at my home or work and must call this number back. First of all, I am not guilty of anything so I am not worried. Second of all, I would get something in the mail, not a phone call from across the country. I feel bad for the naïve people that give into these scam artists. First thing I did was google the number and found all these comments. I wasn't going to call it back anyway, but curious to see what other people had to say. It is sad that we all had to listen to this at all.......even if it is not true. So sad these people have no lives they have to prey on those that work hard for their money! I wish they would get caught and they would go to jail. What goes around, comes around.
Just got the same kind of call. Shared it with friends at work, we all laughed. One of my co-workers has received the same. I will report to all and whom ever I can. This is such an awful way to prey on people. Hope no one falls for this scam.
They just blew up my teenagers cell phone while he was at work, saying he was about to be arrested at his home or work if he didn't call back within 15 minutes. I've heard of this before, told him to calm down and that I'd block the number.
