I have a voice mail that they are bringing a suit against me I have no ideal why
The calker said they would see me in court. Left a phone number I called but it is not set up to take calls it's some kind a scam.
I just got a call with the same recorded message, but the "caller" said to call 714-646-3236 (slightly different than what others have received in the past) and ended with "See you in court". Came up as "Unknown Name" with that phone number in caller ID. I had "Privacy Manager" through the phone company which was great until these scamming jerks found a way to fake what comes up in your caller ID- rendered the service useless. So I spent $100 on a call blocking device just trying to get some peace & quiet in my own home! I will definitely show up at the courthouse- when someone devises a way to track these illegal calls. I want to see them prosecuted.
I had a call from this number. (I live in CA with the same area code, but I lived in TN a for a few years - been back in CA 6.) They left a message saying I had 4 criminal charges against me from TN, that my home and work addresses were being investigated, and that once they found my info, I would no longer be able to settle out of court. I decided to call the number they provided, to give them a piece of my mind -- it was the NRA! I've been getting lots of calls from the NRA, lately. Never been a member; frankly, hate their guts! But it gets worse. The lady that called me also called my brother and told him I had 4 warrants out and asked him for my information!
