I get called from Leo Hudson at Cogent Financial, claiming to be a police officer building a case against me for fraud, trying to collect on an 8 year old loan.
I get a call from Leo Hudson from Cogent claiming that they filed a judgment against. He needed to know about all my assets so that he could take pictures of them. Then I told him I me to see a copy of judgment. He said he would not provide me with a copy. Do you think I'm an idiot. You don't even have a judgment. I searched the online court records for the county you claimed to have filed against me. Liar liars all liars.
I got a similar call from this scumbag too. Then I got one from Chris Miller, who is supposed to be a debt attorney. When I called him back, the call went right to Leo Hudson....SCAM
Not for nothing...but I used Chris Miller and he helped me settle my debt with Chase. I verified his credentials and it was the real deal. Not sure who Hutson is tho'....
I have work there yes you're right it's all a scam they don't sue people they tell you that they have default judgment against you they also tell you that you're going to love your bank account which is not true they also will tell you that they're going to send a 1099 to the IRS which is not true they will tell you that they're going to take your CDL license from you if you want to trucking school and then they will call and act like they're from the National driving registry the same Chris Miller Chris Miller is just a collector that works there and that's not even his real name he acts like he's a lawyer he'll tell you that he's been in court what she really hasn't been in court as far as I know I don't even think it's illegal to impersonate being a lawyer but that's what he does on the owner Greg o Neal from time to time will get on the phone and he's actually a liar too it's all one big scam I'm in the process right now of finding out what I can't do I am I think they need to have a class action lawsuit against them and be shut down and they will divulge information to your family to anybody I'm which is illegal by FDC PA you can't give third-party disclosure so just know that if they call you and tell you that they have a default judgement against you there lying well ask if you want to do mediation which is also a scam when you tell them you want to do mediation then I'll call you back and tell you all we have bids from local attorneys in your area which is also a scam to nobody bids on your account at all and then if you decline it then you get a call from Chris Miller telling you that he saw your information on a website and wants to help you when he's calling for the same office just down the hall
