Called this morning and it only rang TWICE! Even if they were legit, c'mon....TWO rings and you expect someone to answer? Crazy. Of course, the call never got to the answering machine for me to make any identification. Based on the comments here, this will be blocked.
Just a had call from this number. Husband answered and was told by the female caller that they were following up from their previous contact (never happened) and wanted to make sure he knew that they were still making a low interest home mortgage rate available for him. She then asked him to confirm that his current interest is not below 3%. My husband then asked which company she was with and she replied "Direct Source". We told her we are not interested and not to call here again, and then hung up.
I receive numerous calls a day from this number. I just called it back, 4:45 EST, and got the "marketing department" and I told them to remove my number from their call list. Hopefully it works!
