9/03 8:31 PDT Same as other reports. ID "unavailable", voice on VM a pleasant sounding female voice saying hello to a machine as if expecting a response. If return call via VM, get standard "we are sorry you have reached a number that has been disconnected" What do these fools expect to accomplish?
What is it with the 776 numbers? I don't even answer them anymore. I have blocked about 12 of them now as my story for this number and all of the others is the same as everyone else's. I don't get it either, what is being accomplished if I answer exactly?
I answered a call from this number. Some woman started telling me that she was not going to sell me anything, but wanted to qualify me for So Ca Edison renewable energy program. I told the woman that I did not believer her and that I was certain that if I qualified she was going to try to see me something. She denied that. I told her several times to take me off the list and stop calling me. She asked why I did not want to talk about it. I told her again to take me off their list and stop calling me. She said they would continue to call me and they would call me again later. I looked at my call logs and I get a call every morning from a 714-776-???? number. I looked that up and the calls appear to be coming from a company call A1 Solar in Van Nuys. The seem to be spoofing disconnected 714-776 numbers.
