Yeah this company is a total scam. I get multiple calls every week, each one is from a different telemarketeer and it is hysterical to listen to the different types of messages that get left. They range from messages designed to panic you by saying you are non compliant to saying nothing but just leaving a phone number for callback with the promise of giving my company thousands of dollars every month in saved processing fees.
I have repeatedly asked to be taken off their call lists but of course this is ignored. The couple of times I have spoken to someone live- it sounds like some kind of boiler room going on in the background- very unprofessional. After reading the reviews from various sources online- I wouldn't do business with this company, ever
Received a message from "Monica" who identified herself as a "clients analyst" at extension 334, telling me I needed to call because my merchant account had been identified as 'non pass-through' status. Did not return call.
"Non pass through" is a excellent choice, if not the best choice of credit card processing. Most merchants received bogus charges and fees that are hidden. What "non pass through" is that they actually pass through the rates given by Visa/MC directly and you will see the difference of how much you are currently paying.
If you passed on "non pass through," good luck buddy! That type of opportunity only comes by once in a while!
I've been a loyal customer of US Merchant Services and they have saved my company thousands a year due to "non pass through." They disclose all rates to you and even takes the time to show you how to read a statement to ensure no hidden fees.. and best of all, no contacts.
If the opportunity comes by again, I would advise you to take the time to just listen. You would be surprised how much you can learn with just a 5 minute conversation.
Whoever you go with, just make sure it's non pass through. If you are seeing "mid qual" "no qual" on your statements (like what I use to have), then you are getting ripped off.
This company calls several times a week, but never leaves a message. Sounds like a phishing/scam to me. Next time I will politely tell them to pound sand and then not so politely hang up on them.
