Most likely: Telescammers / Telecriminals / Scumbags using a spoofed number, and ignoring the worthless DNC list...All you can do is keep blocking the area codes these turds call from.
BEWARE: These people are crooks who will try to get your personal information and steal your identity.
The DNC list is simply useless and you should NEVER answer these calls period!!!
You should also consider buying a phone blocking device which will block area codes and will eliminate most of these junk calls.

714-902-6496 Caller ID shows Midway City, CA. Calls 2x day, with multiple back-to-back calls. Telescammers. Don't answer this call. Any caller ID showing only city/state is a robo call or telescammer. I like SpamKiller's previous comment: they are telecrimminals.
Call is a robocall saying this is your last chance to reduce your credit card rates. Recording says press 3 to remove your number from the list, but I have received similar calls from other Caller IDs and tried that option but IT NEVER WORKS!!! Spoke with someone the last time who told me they CANNOT REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM THEIR LIST AND THAT I SHOULD JUST BLOCK THEIR NUMBER!!! My phone service only allows me to block 25 numbers. I block one and then they just call using another number. For all I know they are spoofing the Caller ID so blocking may not even be effective. They do not give a company name. If you ask which credit card they are alling about, they just hang up.
