I received two calls while I was away on a business trip from this number. The caller identified himself only as "John", gave no company affiliation, and asked that I call back and reference #41305. The same message was left twice a few days apart. It all smells fishy to me. I didn't call back.
He states his name is Ernie Diaz, he is from Diaz Associates, he is a process server (actually debt collector). He falsly represents himself as having a complaint filed against an employee. His inital call is in violation of Section 806(6) of the FDCPA, he fails "to make meaningful disclosure of his identity". He uses legal verbiage but is not an attorney. look for more info. with the number 1-877-544-2728
This guy will harrass your employer to get any info out of them! I will now have to file a complaint.
