Who called from 7149091552

I don't get it.  Almost all these calls: They don't leave a message; disguise their numbers, locations, identity, etc.  In most cases, no one is on the line, etc. They change their "caller id number", so it doesn't help to block most numbers. My question is: WHAT'S THE POINT????????????????????  Baffling!

This B.I.T.C.H just called me at 2:24 PM PDT. I hope ISIS blows their head off.

I totally what is the point.  Are they testing something for a reason.
