knew it was a scam. Called to have some fun. Someone with a not American accent answered. They asked how much I owed and if I had that much in my checking account. Told them I owed $30K and then ripped them. It was fun. I might try again

Automated female voice left a message on our answering machine threatening us that the IRS was going to sue us. We didn't call back. Just blocked the number.
I too have received several voice mail messages informing me that the IRS is filing a law suit against me. I don't have anything for them to sue me for so I absolutely know this is a total scam. It is annoying however.
