ok so im still in school, so im flat out appalled at the fact that im gettin such a weird and random letter, im not even 18 yet, so i dont understand why i would be a target, also this is an update!! My letter says they call theyreslves "The Secret Society" and basically how they spent alot of 'time, money, and effort' and 'held meetings' to finding me.
CONGRATULATIONS! You found me! =) its kinda creepy, the letter, althogh i must admit a was a bit flattered at first. it said how they found me through my profile (what prfile?!?!) and how my 'traits' were 'truly impressive' yeah right!! haha and they were pretty determined by theyre words to get me to recieve the 'FREE' 'Forbidden Knowledge' in the form of a '112 page Forbidden System titled: MAKE ALL PEOPLE RICH<INCLUDING THE POOR'
And the fact that the signature read <KATIE> yet the name printed under read KATE. Dont know who these people are but they sure know us...
I just received letter in the mail today, saying I have to reply by 11/13/09 the post mark is from Texas and the fax number is western New York area code, and the address is PO BOX Dover, lol I will not be replying back to this. they don't have my first name they have only my initials for first and middle name so now i am back tracking what I put these initials on that is how they got my address I will be reporting this fraud!
Thanks For the posting on this bull**it scam. I got The same Letter signed by John. If I Had my way I would love to turn this around on who ever is doing this and scam the scam artist.

- Did not rush to send it back. Chances are they are just trying to verify you exist so that they can use whatever stolen info they have for you (credit card? profile?)
I received this same letter in the mail today. The strange thing is they used a name that I used to set up an extra gmail account. I used a fake name to start this account. I wonder how in God's name they got my address, It worries me a bit.
I also read all 6 pages of this letter. I normally would throw them away after one paragraph, but they must use some trick that keeps most people curious enough to read on.
I am glad I googled the fax number. I was about to send out the fax just out of curiosity.
Lets track them down and shove it down these peoples throats to leave us alone... Im tired of being harassed and its about time they get it.. anyone got any info on where these are coming from and who is sending it?
