I recieved a phone call from this tn asking for a particular name, when I questioned who was calling man gv his name and REFUSED to identify his company but proceeded to advise me if I didnt call him back by 5pm I would have to go to court regarding this matter. While questioning him he proceeded to call me a scumbag and hung up. I called the tn back and the same man answered, when I agained questioned the name of his business he then asked for my supervisor when I refused he then told me i must be home sitting on the couch eating bon bons. REALLY. I advised caller I was reporting him and called my attorney who is investigating this "so called" business. Oh he also asked for my fax tn??
This person called seeking information on my daughter. But I gave him a fake name.. Did not give him any info on my daughter Was told that he was going to have me and her arrested. I told him to take a hike.
This individual states that he works for a law firm in New York (O'brien, Wexer and Associates). I have asked him nicely to stop calling me and to serve me whatever paperwork he needs to serve me. No one needs to be harrassed at work. I ask for a fax number and they will not give it to me. I will be getting an attorney involved in this matter. These calls will stop one way or another.

I received a call telling me I had an outstanding bill at Mervyns and that it was going to go to collections. He was very rude and hung up on me. We called back. He was very rude again. He would not give the name of the company. I did not give any information.
