Dave leaves me a voice mail he is coming to my work to serve me papers. I should make it a point to be there or he will report refusal to accept. What a joke. .... no business name etc. I call the number back and it goes to a different guys voice mail automatically....again no business name etc..

Anyone end up getting a resolution to this? I had a friend message me and say that she got a call by that number saying that they were trying to get a hold of me because I was due in court. Apparently the number is in new york. I've never been to new york as an adult. I called the number and it was the Johnathon but he didn't answer it went to voicemail.
The call actually came in as a private call, but it was the same message from "Dave" who said the same thing as Braden said above....Does anyone know if perhaps they have a collection with CashNetUsa? This is the only collector I have out there and being unemployed the past 2 years I was unable to pay....anyway, that would be the only connection I have to a bill collector. But its kinda extreme to go through all that crap "you need identification", "you need to have a witness present"....[***] he scared me thinking it was my probation officer!
