Dave leaves me a voice mail he is coming to my work to serve me papers. I should make it a point to be there or he will report refusal to accept. What a joke. .... no business name etc. I call the number back and it goes to a different guys voice mail automatically....again no business name etc..
a guy with this number jut called my dads cell for me. Weird since I don't live with him and haven't in years. Hi name was suppose to be Henry and he is taking me to court. Funny, I hven't heard anything abut this and I hve no debt except my house and car now. So I called back fom my phone after getting the message and it goes to a voice mail John Rinker. Called a friend i the FBI an he said this is a scam. All we can really do is report it and hop other people don't get scammed.
