Received a call from this number asking me to verify my address on behalf of UB College of Arts and Sciences, but refused to tell me for what exact reason. After refusing to give information without knowing why they wanted it, and after telling them that the University has my proper address the person hung up on me. Seems scammy, but if actually from UB then they really need to up the customer service and phone training for these folks.
I received a call from this number, they knew my address and the year I graduated and from which program. They were extremely pushy about asking me to donate, even when I said I did not feel comfortable donating over the phone and if I wanted to donate I would send a check to the school. Not sure if it was legit or not, but they have called couple times a week and this was the first time I answered.
