Stalking is Illegal,you can be arrested for Stalking,Threats and
Harassment.

If the same person continually calls over and over
everyday for years, even after being told several times to not call,
Get a Record of the Patterns,police reports, etc. That is Stalking.
I got a call from a Stacy, who would not disclose her last name. She said I have a bill of over $900 for a cc that was paid off in 2004, I have receipts. And by the way, the origial balance on that card was under $300! She told me I'd have to pay it off or produce receipts by tomorow morning to avoid court. She also said the court would garnish my wages. They called all my family members also, and lied to me she said shes an attorney, shes actaully a collection agency! Jerks!
Some guy left me a message saying someone filed a suit against my property, then he recited my address, then he said I would lose my house if I didn't call him within 24 hours. Whatever! My house, and all that is attached to it, is current. It's harassment to get these kind of calls without just cause.
