Got a call from Ruben and Yates, made a payment plan and have been paying monthly amount. Is this legit or have I been duped. They informed me that they were issuing a warrant for my arrest for cc fraud since I had not paid my bill. Can they do that? I am in Texas. And is this really a collection agency that will credit my past bill?
Just got a call form 716-650-2640, asking for someone that I have not heard form a very long time telling me that they had court tomorrow morning and to aviod it I had to pay some money
I too got a call from Ruben and Yates implying imminent legal action. I work overseas and thought maybe I had a bill I overlooked as I was leaving the country. So I ran a full FICO credit report on Equifax, and there is no debt, no inquiries, no negative reports whatsoever; in fact we have a very excellent credit score. I guess they were phish-ing or trying to swindle us somehow. It is also unsettling these folks had my hubby's legal name (which he does not use) and his D.O.B.
Beware of these folks; they obviously have some sort of scam going on
I'm so proud of you I don't know where to begin... so I'll just start by saying that your jumbled cheerleading verbiage reeks of Reuben and Yates/Collection Agency damage control efforts (that and your inability to spell complicated words). Continue to sell your soul MF, and I'll continue to pay my valid debts from valid agencies. Idiot.
