I just received a phone call from this number on my cell phone as a missed call. When I went to call the number back I got a recording it had been disconnected. Then 15 mins later I received another missed call from the same number....wth is going on?

Received a call from this number to our land line a few minutes ago. Caller ID: New York. Didn't recognize the number & didn't answer. No voice mail left.
Second day in a row, stating he was from Windows technical support getting errors etc. and I needed to get logged on my computer also to show me the report. Played along for awhile and hung up. Previous day caller got so upset he called me a B--ch and hung up.
