Who called from 7169869606

This  number is harassing me don't owe them anything and they wont take NO for an answer reported to Attorney Generals office.

Received THREATNING calls that this was a lawsuit and I had 24 hours to return the call- or I would have a civil suit against me in the county in which in live in- and they would fax documents showing fraud charges to my employer as well as post in ALL the local news papers!  Recieved a call from Marshall Joe Thomas-

i got the same call from the joe thomas. this is my first time hearing this what do i do?

My husband received a call from them. Claiming to be an investigator and that my husband needed to call them regarding some business about a bad check. There is no Shapiro and Price in Buffalo, NY. Husband is going to report them first thing in the morning.

Also got a call from this number.  Asked for someone other than who lives here.  Said same thing about returning phone call or the county would get involved.
