Like Will in Texas I too just received a call from this PA number on my cell phone. I also did not answer the call as the number was not familiar to me.
Today must be the day. I got the same call with no voicemail left. Other sites are stating that it's a prerecorded message regarding lowering the interest rate on your credit card, but one poster said it was a scam as she didn't have any credit cards.
