Another annoyance call hanging up when answering machine kicked in on my land line.
Just why do we pay for a phone and have no privacy rights?
It's like making us pay for postage for our own junk mail.
What can WE THE PEOPLE do to stop this practice?

scammer call. known criminal activity.

It's a "lower your rate" credit card scam. Blocked caller;-)

I just got one too. Didn't answer. Glad I googled it. That's my area code so they're in Lancaster, pa.
