An "unanswered call" was on my cell phone with this number. I do NOT give out my cell number, except to immediate friends or for emergencies. When I checked it on Google it appears that it is a scam caller.

PA, USA and idk who it is but no message was left so yeah I decided to come on here to see if it was walmart calling me reguarding my app but I guess not but that number is stupid
This is ABSOLUTELY a scam. I talked to them twice, each time calling from a different number. When I ask what card company they are representing, they can't tell you. They say they represent Visa AND MasterCard both and want to reduce your interest rates. Really? When did Visa and MasterCard quit competing? They are trying to obtain your card number for fraud!!!! When they called back the second time, I asked what card company. Again, they said "card services". When I told them this was a scam, they got off the phone immediately. Hmmmm. Figure that.
I filed taxes last night and got the call half hour ago... no VM, and tried calling back several times and get a busy... so thought i'd check on here.. I think I gave my cell when I filed taxes... I usually keep it private, so when I got a call from this number... was surprised. I think it might be related to filing my taxes. I was concerned when I saw it was Harrisburg.
