Got a message from "Mrs. Howard" from Met-ed telling me about my supply charges.. I called back to let them know I had PPL. They knew I had PPL and had my name and address . the man on line said Ill have to tell my manager about the reason, they said met ed and not ppl. Which sounded like a line of BS because he then tried to sell me energy plan. Bait and switch. Got me to call back to say I didn't have met ed.
Caller ID shows call came from 717-308-9621...but the robotic voice that left message on my voicemail stated she is 'mrs Thompson' at Met Ed and needs to discuss the supply chrgs on my Met Ed bill and that I should call her back at 484-709-8030 & give ref # left in msg. OBVIOUS SCAM!
