This place has called me a couple of times I called them back and they said they are part of government student loans. The name of the company is My Fed Loans. They could not provide me with specific information that pertains to my educational history. Then they told me my loans were transferred to them but they don't know from which facility. They wanted me to give them money over the phone. I told them I will not give them a thing. Then I called Great Lakes to see if they have transferred my loans and they said not all my accounts are still there. I also called Direct Loans and none of my account have been transferred. Therefore this a FRAUD and do not give them any information or money. Neither Great Lakes or Direct Loans knew of this place called My Fed Loans. BEWARE!!!!
They left a message yesterday saying "we have left several messages [false] and it is imperative that you contact us today." Thanks for the info, everyone; I won't pursue this further.
