Who called from 7180338531

My wifi was off,  so like a goof,  I answered they sounded like a Spanish recordering,  or mumbling of some type?!

First time call on my cell , only 2 1/2 rings and that was it , on a late sunday afternoon . Looks like I need to block it .

Received a call from this number yesterday (Saturday), a little before 10 pm. I did not answer, and no voice-mail was left by caller.

Didn't  answer.

Just got a call from this number. Declined that [***] as soon as I saw it.
