Received one of these calls too at 5:00 p.m.. Caller ID says: SIPCOM PLC. I let the machine get it, since now we're getting a telemarketer every hour on the hour!
It's obviously a scam caller to get your personal information. If you can block the number, that would suffice. With a legitimate business, you can verify the number and they usually leave a message but always verify the number and caller.
Just received a call from this number. I didn't answer it and they hung up before the answering machine could pick up. Most likely was automated/robotic I would think. ID came up as SIPCOM PLC but I think that's the name of the phone service being used by the caller, based on what I saw when I searched it on Google. Such a nuisance!
