Who called from 7183011102

They call me twice a day in Texas but I dont answer. They can eat [***] and die!

I am also getting calls from 718-301-1102 and nothing.  I call back an just get the operator say my call can not go through.

Calls, rings once/twice disconnects.
Silence on call back

this has been bothering me for couple of days, as soon i try to answer they disconnect it.  irritating, stupid guys.

They call at least once a day for over a week, now.  No matter how I answer the phone (this is a business line) they hang up.  Can anything be done??
