I think you need a lesson in government protocol. Contact the correct agency - the FCC. What makes you think Obama can stop these calls????? Oh yeah..........that's right.............he is the PRESIDENT.
Guy says his name is William Black, and he is calling from the IRS. He says there is a lawsuit filed in my family's name, except we don't have a Mary. Informed him that we didn't have anyone by that name, and it would be a good idea to stop calling me. Speaks poor English. Says he is from the Internal Revenue Services. Also getting a call from another number with a 509 area code about the same thing, tried calling that number from the same phone and no answer. Wondering if same idiot is making the calls........
I was entertained today by Mr. William Black as well.........I took it to the level as far as I felt comfortable with this a$$hole......Yes, I am still pissed about the whole thing....Something must be done about this....I am not a dumb person, but this guy threatened me to the point that I felt as if I was at gunpoint....all the above was said to me....I went along with it...he kept me on the phone for 2 hours giving me instructions as to what to do so I would not be locked up by the police and my home would not be seized.......He directed me to go to my bank and withdraw a sum of money that he would accept to settle this claim without it going to the courts.....I told him it would take me an hour to shower and get dressed to go to the bank...he said that he could not stay on hold this long and if I wanted to settle this fraudulent misrepresentation to the IRS that I needed to go now and he would stay on the phone while I drove to the bank.....he would give me instructions as to what to do next. I was scared shitless and he was very convincing. He told me I was on a recorded line and anything I said could be used against me......I threw on clothes and got in my car and drove to the bank all the while this [***] was on the phone with me. A couple of times it got disconnected and the a hole called back relentlessly. Folks this is not funny, this is a horrible, horrible feeling to be pressured like this from these calls. I had to let him know when I was in the bank parking lot, then he made me take my phone into the bank while I withdrew the money ....he told me to put it on private as this was a private matter an no one should know about it...he also told me that if I contacted my Attorney or CPA that the deal was off and they would sue me for $12,000- $15,000 and take everything I owned.( house, car, everything). Once I was back in my car at the bank he gave me my next instructions which was to go to a Dollar General, Family Dollar or Food Lion to purchase VISA pay power cards as the IRS agent would NOT accept cash or a certified check. I then drove to the Food Lion and told him when I arrived at the parking lot, he then instructed me to take my money into the FL and buy 5 cards at $500 and the last one for a lessor amount to cover the fees charged for these cards......At this point I was PISSED, I demanded him tell me the IRS case number that he was collecting for and who his superior was and that I wanted to speak with them. He could tell he was losing me and started getting really nasty with me. I finally hung up on him....he called me back relentlessly from the 800-829-1040 number, at least 20 times.....I left the area and drove back home all the while my phone was ringing. As I arrived back home in tears and shaking, my phone then rang with a new number, which was the local police department number. I immediately called this number back and a police officer answered and I explained the situation to the officer. He said ,ma'am that is a scam and no one from here has called you......That was a police officer in my local area...He said there is not much you can do but if you want to file a police report you can but there is nothing that can be done!!!!!!! Understand I am not telling this story to be ridiculed because you think I was stupid....I was, for the most part and I should not have gone that far with him......BUT, these people are scamming folks everyday like you and me, and I can see how people would fall for their Lies & Deception.....Call me what you will but I have my money back in the bank and I dare one those [***] to call me again!!!! I will be filing this incident with the FCC and the IRS appropriate parties. SO PISSED OFF THAT THIS COUNTRY CAN'T DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS CRAP GOING ON.....THANKS BE TO GOD THAT I STILL HAVE MY MONEY
I have been getting this call for two weeks now. Unfortunately i have to let it run its course for another week or two then they will stop (as usual!!) ALSO the IRS wouldn't file in the local county courthouse!!!!

Just be alert since some of these can sound pretty convincing (not this one) so don't even call them back.
Left message stating that a lawsuit was pending. I called back and they tried to say they were the Internal Revenue Service. The person couldn't even say my name correctly. I hung up on him. It was apparently a scam.
