Same experience as everyone else, IRS scam caller. Messages left, if you call back and question him he's rude and will hang up.

I was told to call this number as there is a pending lawsuit in my name, very frightening!!

Said my name was pending a law suit in local county.

Called and left 3 messages saying they are going to turn my suit over to the local courts

New York 718/404-9289 appeared on caller id.  I answered the phone and the message said for me to call the same number that was calling me to discuss a lawsuit against me pending with the IRS.  This is like the 10th call in 3 days.  I blocked the number from being able to call me.  I am almost to my 25 free block numbers.  Phone companies are going to have to offer more blocked number availability since I continue to get these types of scam calls more and more lately.
