Male with accent called and asked for me. Saying my computer was on high alert. I told him, no he must have the wrong number. Caller ID comes up as Tolentino G. I called back the number and a female answered saying that she didnt call. Several people have been calling her but she said its not her and she has reported it.
Same as Sandra above...Phony computer repair wanting access to your computer..heavy accent, could not identify country of origin, but sounded eastern asian. Voice mail was full, as usual, when I reversed the call!
Female said she was calling from Microsoft, needed to do a repair on computer. Told me to type use MicroFlag+R. Gave me a code to type in. Did not type in code, hung up.
Had same as above. Caller called telling me that I had a high alert on my computer. Have had phone calls from different numbers like this in the past. Told the caller that he was a fraud. He continued to try and tell me that he wasn't and that I had a problem on my Microsoft computer with windows 7. Told him that is how I knew he was a fraud caller, because I don't run a computer with windows 7.
