They called a couple of times, left no message. i called the # and found out it was TWC. Unlike the rest of you guys, I have never had trouble with Time Warner. In fact, just dumped Verzion for my telephone and bundled up everything with TWC. Lower priced, equal quality and so far, excellent service. Sorry, but can't join your misery.
I received three calls from this number with an immediate hangup and no message. Probably another failed attempt by Customer Service to provide customer service.
