They called and said that i was being investigted and that they were going to file charges against me for bank fraud and internet fraud but would not geive me any information
Glad to hear these guys are being put in their place. It infuriates me the way they "scare" people into sending them money! We all need to know our rights when it comes to debt collections and not be afraid to stand up for ourselves.
I have not received any calls from these guys in a few days.They do these probley once a month.Has anyone received calls in the last few days from any of their numbers?
I recieved one today but
i erased the message i am changeing my cell phone number partly because i am tired of the calls. Has any one heard of them using BMZ marketing? So i am expecting the cops to pick J/K
I got the same hoaky call, except they actually had my SSN, my former address, & my former bank account number. Now i have to pay to pull my credit report and go to the ss office to make sure these tools don't steal my identity. If this happens to you, make sure you file a police report, so if any fradulent activity does take place with your identity then you can have the PD report as backup.
they use the names Travis Griffin, Arnold Watson, & Roy Campbell. The company was United Legal Processing & United Legal Investigation bureau.
Anyone else think it's really funny that 2 middle easterners would use the whites names ever!?
