Called and claimed to be from Global Energy Solar. Hung up on me when I pressed for more company information, and why they were using a cell phone number for business.
Update from my above post. I called the number back, blocking my number, and I got a message saying " the subscriber you have dialed is not in service. If you feel you reached this message by mistake, hang up can call again." I did that and got the same message. Going on my block list.
