idiots!! "legal application which is going to downloaded in local county court" this doesn't even make sense. they need to at least learn the local rules of court and get their verbage correct prior to making stupid threats! this is a scam ! do not fall for it.
E-mails are not sufficient evidence of debt. This is an extortion scam intended to scare you into paying a non-existent debt. Ignore them and forward the texts to 7726 (short code for SPAM). Your cell provider will investigate and block.
Just got a text from them. Called the number 718-880-9057 that they left for me to call the text came from 815-940-8763. Total scam. They hung up on me after I told them that I was recording the call. Could not under stand what he was saying.
