Really who texts an important msg like this, definitely a scam. The number the text came from was 785-536-3311

Thanks a bunch.  It is extremely stressful when people try and make you believe that you have done something wrong and take the little money you have.

received this two other ones regarding this same information stating that a new law in service

I know this is a scam for several reasons.  Here is the text that I received  from 765-377-4942 that reads like this:
