I just found a way of getting rid of these pests:
First you must have call forwarding selective on your phone, This is when you can forward selected numbers to any other number.
Now, activate the call forwarding SELECTIVE feature and add one of Babytobe.com's number as the forwarded TO number. Then it will allow you to create a list of numbers to forward to them. Add all their numbers.
When they call you, they will call THEMSELVES. Clever huh?
718 989 2507 calls us at 9PM Sunday night. That's normal. Ten second pause before operator says hello. Babytobe.com, they say we registered on their website. We did not. They start asking if they can send us 'free stuff'. Right. Anyways, operator starts asking for personal information--that she apparantly already has. When asked where the information came from, she says: you registered on our site. We did not. This scam stinks.
Go to babytobe.com and it's a lame lame lame site--to whom we would never give personal information.
I've recieved calls from both of the numbers - I answered one, no one was on the line. They've called 3 times since then. I haven't answered, assuming they'll leave a message if it is important. But I do want them to stop calling!
recived 3 hangups a day for last 3 days to cell phone...call back confirmed babytobe.com...completely invasive solicitations/scam...they should be shut down
