Everyone who gets this constant annoying "diploma" spam should call the phone number in the email and leave him a fake name and phone number on his answering machine. If a few hundred people do this everyday, the clown will have to waste his whole day trying to call back the fake leads. Let's fix this idiot for good! And, spread the word!
I call everytime I get this diploma spam, just to leave a fake name and phone number on the idiot's voice mail. If enough people did it, it just may waste enough of his time to drive him out of business or at least punish him severely.

The best way to deal with this "diploma" spammer idiot is to call the phone number in the email and leave him a fake name and phone number on his answering machine. If enough people did this everyday, the clown would have to waste his whole day calling every one of the fake phone numbers (it's best if you call from a private/blocked phone number just in case he has Caller ID) Let's fix this friggin idiot for good! I even called once and left my real number. When he called me back to try to sell me a diploma, I pretended I was interested and talked and asked questions etc. After about 20 minutes I laughed at him and said "Sorry Spam Boy, I don't want your fake diploma. I was just bored and wanted to waste your time". You wouldn't believe the tantrum he threw on the phone!! LMFAO Imagine if a hundred people a day did this to him! The law may do nothing to stop him, but we can beat him on his own level!
5 - 8 emails a day from these people. Unsavory email marketing practices at best and unsolicited, unwanted to boot. Yes, they should be arrested, fined, jailed or something!
