Who called from 7202237274

This scam uses several different names and phone numbers, and at least three scenarios; a large catering order, a boat tow and repair, and a car/truck tow and repair.  In each case, the person offers to pay by credit card (which is stolen or will be otherwise rendered invalid) and asks the victim to wire a portion of the payment to a courier who will supposedly deliver the vehicle or pick up the food.  

There's no method to their solicitation lists; I have received these and I own a bookstore.

Got an email from Wraskey Hallen/Andrew Bishop.

"My name is Andrew Bishop i need your help i just bought an 2005 Toyota Camry LE in Colorado for my uncle but the problem is that the car is having a Body problem so i want you to help is want to use it as a present for my uncle as a wedding gift and also with my 2004 Honda Civic and there is no insurance & warranty involved am paying personally for the repair can you handle that for me i have already make the arrangement with the towing company who will deliver you the car and i will need a little favor from you because i haven't pay the shipper who will deliver the car down to your shop and he doesn't accept credit cards do you accept credit cards in your company and also my name is Andrew Bishop and my email: [email protected]. I will need a little favor from you and i will be glad if you can handle it for me.

Also i have 2002 Ford Truck that needs a Brake repair, So let me know if you handle Auto Brake repair as well.

We received an email at our work asking to book flights. Since we get those all the time we responded. Later found out it was spam. We are now receiving harassing phone calls. the email for this person is [email protected]. DO NOT RESPOND OR ANSWER CALLS.

this person is using a couple of new names and email's with a fax number requesting urgent auto repair on his mothers cadaliac along with a vin. # 3gyfk66n05g104656  name being used james bashere and a [email protected] fax number 4694533449 buyer beware

I work for a nationwide collision shop in AZ and an email was sent to all of our partners from Wraskey Hallen, email of wraskeyltd@gmail saying he is Andrew Bishop.  Had to laugh that the gmail photo is of a driver's license of a middle aged man (like anyone would use their license photo).  He said his wife broke down in Colorado and he is going to need to send a tow truck to pick it up and bring it to us because he wants us to repair the vehicle. Guaranteed if we fell for this scam he would come up with some story about the tow truck driver needs to be paid ahead of time but he lost his credit card and is in the hospital or in a submarine under the sea, etc... and that we need to wire money somewhere.  Don't fall for it!
