BBB wouldn't let a complaint stand if it simply had to do with the nature of the business (even if that business was indeed able to just "garnish" someone's paycheck without going to court). Funny thing, several people who made complaints in this thread DID NOT OWE A BILL. Then how can they be deadbeat? Should they pay something they didn't owe because you called them a name? Also, how exactly does a "law office" garnish a check, I thought only the court could do that.

I just got the same call from "Mr. Nunez" today. It seems bogus to me. I have investigated and am going to turn them in. I have never received a letter stating debt, nor do I have debt. I've checked my credit reports and have never had a card with the company they claim I had.
I am not answering any of their harassing calls. I have no issues that warrant them contacting me. They are harassing me because I know someone they are looking for. I will refuse to cooperate with them in any manner and if they attempt to contact me again those clowns will find I have an attorney of my own.
