This is the number that showed up on my caller ID. they are interested in you charge card #. If you keep them on the line or mess with them they call back and cuss you out. Will not stop calling!
Recieve calls from this number and there is no one on the other end. The caller ID list the caller as a "wireless caller". After seeing other reports I thought I should send in my two cents. How can we stop these calls if we are on the government "Do Not Call" listings?

NEED TO GET MORE FORMAL COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST THIS COMPANY. DOCUMENT THE DATE AND TIME OF EACH CALL, ASK THEM NOT TO CALL YOU AGAIN, AFTER YOU HAVE DONE THIS A FEW TIMES GO TO THE FCC WEBSITE AND FILE AN ONLINE COMPLIANT. THEY WILL ASK FOR THE DATE AND TIME OF THE CALLS AND IF YOU ASKED THEM NOT TO CALL AND IF YOU ARE ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST AS PART OF THE COMPLAINT. IF WE ARE PRUDENT TO DOCUMENT AND MAKE COMPLAINTS THIS WILL EVENTUALLY STOP.

Received a call this morning from this company and I did not answer. Since they didn't leave a message, I figured it was no one important, and probably a credit card telemarketer or a scam.
Talked to Duane of "Low Rate Services" who declined to give me a call back number and was evasive when I asked him what they do and how they get paid. He said they don't transfer balances but get paid thru the reduction in interest, implying they negotiate directly with Chase. Sounds like a scam based on his scripted conversation.
