So annoying. We have a vacation home and our answering machine is completely filled with Faxhalt beeps. Am considering blocking all calls from that area code since they keep changing last 4 digits of their number.
Have been getting calls from FAXHALT for months. If you make the mistake of picking up the phone before ID'ing the phone number a fax tone will ring in your ear. They are total BS and obviously not stopping anyone from receiving spam faxes because they are the ones trying to send them. Number ID: 720-386-2777
Seems every time I use my landline, I get on my caller id Faxhalt. This has been happening for about six months with different tel nos. It beeps until I pick up and hit ######## several times trying to block this number but next time it's a total different tel no. 720-449-3651, 720-386-2803, 720-386-2643 too many more to list. I have noticed that whenever I call out on an 800 to get bank account info or credit card info, I'm thinking it's trying get account info from the numbers punched on your phone just like when you punch your account number to the bank.
