Received a call from Crescent 720-452-5556 asking for the business owner. I said I was the office manager and could I help? She said so the business owner is not available? I said no and she said thank you and hung up. She did speak with an accent. I called the number right back and the answering message was in spanish. So irritating to get these calls.
I got a call from CRESCENT. 10-8-12 There was a woman asking for the boss. I said, he is not available. She replies "oh, Great!!!" So with an attitude I asked... Would you like to leave a message? She said no. And I hung-up.
This woman called my office unsolicted, I told her we were on the do not call list. She told me this did not apply to business to business calls. We have no business with them. Stated she would call back at another time. We are running a business not answering unsolicted telephone calls.
Crescent Credit Card processing called from this number and stated they were coming on Thursday this week. Refused to take no for an answer. Calls to the number and the company were unsuccessful.
