Got this call from the IRS and wanted to talk to my wife I told him not to call my number anymore and they are going to turn me in to the Attorney General. Told them fine and don't call back.
Folks, this is a scam. First, the IRS will contact you by registered USPS mail to indicate issues with your taxes. And they will keep sending you mail until you respond. Second, IRS phone calls come from a local office which you will easily be able to see it's from a US Government office in your area.
They don't threaten you with jail, because they can't. They can arrest you for trying to evade taxes, but generally, you have to ignore them for a long time to get their. And they issue a warrant, not call you on the phone.
Just block the number, and file a complaint with the FTC. Impersonating a Federal official is a very high level felony, and the IRS is going after them hard. Here's a link on how to deal with these jerks:
They said they are the IRS. When I continued to question them I got hung up on so I kept calling back and they kept answering and hanging up wouldn't even say anything and then finally somebody answered and said my name and told me to quit calling I told them that I was not going to quit calling that I wanted to know why they was calling my phone and he continued to get very vulgar with me asking me about my [***] and how big my boobs was I would really like to know how to report this because this is a federal crime to pose as the IRS and try to extort money from people
