Got same message started asking him all these government questions,why don't you have 1877,or 1800 number,why a 720 area code,and Irs never answers phone with being on hold 45min,he said he was sending cops,i said what professional agency would use the word cop,then I asked what's my address if you are sending police,i filed complaint with IRS scam report,asked for his I.d.
number,he got pissed hung up,and I kept calling just to screw with him,
Got same thing yesterday,i asked why no 1800 or 1877 number,usually takes act of God to get in touch with IRS,said was sending cops,told him what professional agency says cops,then I said tell me my address,asked him lots of government questions,he hung up,,I kept calling and harassing him
Takes act of God to get in touch with Irs on phone 1800 or 1877 no 720 are codes,i asked him about that,and no mention of IRS in when you get there answering machine
Computer voice in bad English telling me I have four allegations against me for tax problems with the IRS, I have 24 hrs to respond, or the local "cops" will arrest me. I have received IRS scam calls before. Ridiculous. There as a group out of Pakistan that got busted for this last year. So annoying. Don't be fooled!
