I constantly get calls from this phone number, no one ever answers and are waisting my minutes that I have to pay for.

First call came up "out of area"...rang twice and hung up. 5 seconds later, it came up "Local Assist". I answered it and was immediately hung up on. Called it back and it goes right to telling you to "Press 1" to be removed from their calling list.
