I like what Gindy had to say.  I also have been getting calls from Denver, CO & it's very annoying.  If there is a way to take phone number off of the "Do Not Call List" I hope I find out how it is done..........

Your air horn will not make the slightest difference.

Called and hung up on the answering machine.
Caller ID says  "1CHARITY".

Called at 8:45pm. I didn't answer and let the machine answer it. Since there was no message left, I blocked the number.
