claimed to be calling for homeless veterans. When I told them I was unemployed. He said just send $15 then. No means no and I hung up. I doubt any or very little would actually go to help veterans.

Thanks for the info that 799 is a non-working phone prefix.  ID says 1 Charity -- 720-799-2997. Left no message & I won't answer this if calls repeated.
